EAS314   Chinese Language V   (20 credits)

Description

This module aims to provide students with an upper intermediate level of Chinese with the opportunity to further their language skills. Weight here is given to advanced functional skills in both the written and spoken language. Newspaper and journal reading with special focus on politics and government, complementing studies courses is introduced. A substantial proportion of material will be in unsimplified characters.
